With the PLASTICOLOR System, WOYWOD offers an outstanding solution for dosing and mixing of granular, free flowing and non-sticky materials, such as masterbatch, regrind materials, virgin materials and PVC dry blends. The fields of application cover all extrusion, blow-moulding and injection moulding manufacturing processes.
The core of the system is it sophisticated and robust dosing units which differ in four sizes with a capacity of 70 g/h up to 3500 kg/h. Depending on the requirements, all components can be used individually or as a complete solution. With the modular principle, a quick and easy configuration of individual dosing systems, colour change systems, as well as volumetric or gravimetric mixing stations is possible.
