Wire & Cable India: Please highlight technology and quality development or up-gradation that recently took place.
Sidharth Agrawal: Systematic Group has always been at the forefront of technology and quality development in the wire industry. Recently, we have developed a new coating process that results in an even thicker galvanisation layer, thus ensuring better corrosion protection.
Additionally, we have also upgraded our machinery to ensure more precision in manufacturing. This allows us for better quality control and improved products. We have also bought additional plant and machinery to keep pace with the growing demand for our products. All these factors together ensure that we are able to provide our customers with the best quality products at the most competitive prices.
The Systematic Group has always been dedicated to developing new technologies and improving the quality of its products. Recently, we have developed a new, more efficient method of galvanising wire, which results in a thicker, more durable coating. They have also invested in new machinery that allows them to produce higher-quality wire products more efficiently.

WCI: What have you been doing to foster innovation and R&D at your workplace?
SA: We believe that innovation and research & development are the keys to success in any industry. In order to foster innovation at our workplace, we have set up a dedicated team of researchers who work on developing new technologies and improving existing ones. We also encourage our employees to come up with new ideas and suggestions that can help us improve our products and processes. Additionally, we have a very strong R&D department that is constantly working on developing new products and improving existing ones.
WCI: What are your thoughts about the role of technology in the wire industry?
SA: Technology plays a very important role in the wire industry as it helps us to improve our products and processes. With the help of new technologies, we are able to develop better quality products that can meet the ever-changing demands of our customers. Additionally, technology also helps us to reduce our production costs and improve our efficiency. We believe that technology will continue to play a very important role in the wire industry and we are always investing in new technologies to stay ahead.
WCI: What is your technology and business roadmap for the coming times?
SA: In the coming times, we plan to continue investing in new technologies that can help us improve our products and processes. Additionally, we also plan to expand our business by setting up new manufacturing units in other parts of the country. We believe that these investments will help us to further consolidate our position as one of the leading manufacturers of wire products in India.

Additionally, we have also implemented machine learning algorithms which help us to predict demand and optimise our production accordingly. These initiatives have helped us to improve the efficiency and quality of our products.
