Supermac has successfully commissioned its new dual cross head DCH 160/190 at Universal Cables, Satna. It is first of its kind in India and is suitable for sheathing application for cables up to 220kv. Supermac has always been the pioneer in inventing and introducing new products in India.
Extrusion expertise has always been the strength at Supermac and they have expanded their capacity by adding new facility to manufacture 120 extruders per year, which is largest in India.
The new products launched and exclusively made by Supermac in last 3 years are:
1. Take-up 4500mm with the capacity of 40 tons and maximum opening of 3000 mm.
2. High speed insulation line with speed of 800mpm for building wire, control cables.
3. Extruders up to 175mm screw diameter.
4. CCV line for MV cables up to 66kv.
5. Extruders for special purpose cables.
6. Rubber HCV lines.
Supermac will be displaying its product range at Wire 2012 exhibition to be held in Dusseldorf, Germany from 26-30th March, 2012.
