Supermac is pleased to announce appointment and induction of Mr. Vivek Kohli on their board as Whole Time Director from 1st July 2018. Mr. Vivek Kohli is an Electrical Engineering graduate with over 40 years of Corporate and Management role in setting up and start ups of new Businesses and CEO and Executive Director/Business Head role. Corporate, P&L, Strategy, Operations, implementation of BPM, JV, Technology partnerships, project management, Extrusion technology and TQM experience.

He has been leading from front in Globalization of the businesses in several bigger groups. Led change management initiative through IT and design of processes. Mr. Vivek Kohli is the first person in India to produce XLPE cable in 1978 and since then has been associated with several Indian and International companies in Wire and Cable Industry. He was instrumental in starting several wire and cable new companies from ground level. Mr. Vivek Kohli specializes in EHV cables manufacturing/markets and brought EHV technology and partners in key Indian wire and cable companies.

With his induction Supermac Industries India Ltd. will be able to ramp up their business upwards strategically in niche extrusion areas at elevated voltage CCV lines for XLPE and elastomeric insulation and other extrusion lines for medical equipment applications. Mr. Vivek Kohli has co-authored a book on Power cable technology published by CRC press USA. His extensive knowledge in extrusion and cable industry will bring in immense experience and value addition, which Supermac will be able to offer to their existing as well as perspective customers.
