Based in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, Sarvasv Machinery and Equipments Private Limited, a leading manufacturer and exporter of wire and cable machinery in India, has added a new facility measuring 45000 sq feet to their existing 60,000 sq feet premises. They are aggressively on their way to opening up new competitive arenas by developing new products for new markets, looking for brand collaborations/ partnerships and creating new value-delivery approaches. Wire & Cable India magazine interviewed Mr. Vinod Kapoor, Managing Director, Sarvasv Group, to gain insights about the company’s participation at Wire 2024, Germany, their factory expansion plans, new technologies, and future plans.
Wire & Cable India: What are your key objectives for participating in Wire 2024, Germany?
Vinod Kapoor: Participation in exhibitions provides us an opportunity to reach an audience with a distinct interest in the market and our products. We are able to create awareness and develop relationships with new prospective clients. They help us to determine and stimulate needs of customers, improve company image, meet and have discussions with visiting existing overseas clients. They are a platform to introduce a new product and provide product demonstrations.
WCI: Which specific products or technologies will you be showcasing at the event?
VK: We will be primarily showcasing our rotating machines- mainly skip standers and skip laying machines.

WCI: Could you tell us about recent & noteworthy developments happening at your company?
VK: A new facility measuring 45000 sq feet has been added to our existing 60,000 sq feet premises. This will facilitate quality improvement and faster deliveries.
Last year Sarvasv introduced a 1+12 Bull Nose Skip Strander machine for high speed stranding for 19 wire conductor manufacturing for LT/HT cables which is getting very good response from conductor and cable manufacturers as the machine provides almost double the production as compared to a rigid strander.
WCI: Kindly comment on your market footprint and key clientele. What plans do you have to expand to new geographical locations?
VK: We are aggressively on our way to opening up new competitive arenas by developing new products for new markets, looking for brand collaborations/ partnerships and creating new value-delivery approaches.
Currently, we have a strong presence in the domestic as well as international market. Sarvasv is the market leader with the largest manufacturing capacity in India for all kinds of cables and conductors manufacturing machines. We are manufacturing and supplying machines to various countries across the globe particularly in India, UAE, Bangladesh, Nepal, Iran, Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Europe and Australia.
