Rosendahl has launched its latest development, the new RODS1250H semi-automatic twin receiver. This device is ideal for retrofitting existing high speed isolation lines. Based on the wishes of its customers, Rosendahl specialists have developed a device that fully complies with European manufacturing standards (CE) and meets all safety requirements.
The new RODS1250H receiver features a high-strength frame, a clamping device for smooth product pulling and a height-adjustable roller to ensure uniform distribution – all this ensures ideal winding quality for a wide range of products.
The RODS1250H dual receiver is designed to work with products up to 15 mm in diameter, as well as with flat cables. Its working speed reaches 1500 m/min when using reels weighing up to 2500 kg. Moreover, it is capable of switching between two coils at full operating speed without any restrictions. The automatic coil changing cycle takes a minimum amount of time, and then the device is loaded and unloaded manually.
This receiver can be installed on a line for the manufacture of products with a conductor of any metal, and the high-tech Siemens S7-1500 controller guarantees simplicity and ease of use and maintenance.
