Optical Fibre Ribbon manufacturers are facing a challenge to meet up with the higher production speed machines vis-a-vis in line-marking requirement being employed presently. We are marking alphanumerical production code on ribbons for tracking them at various processes of the production and identification at later stage.
LMI India brings an innovative solution to the industry to print variable data accurately in uniform print quality that too with good contrast making it consistently legible, even at higher speeds – up to a speed of 550 MPM.
JET 3, a non-contact marking system with window-based operating system, is employed to mark alphanumerical production code on the optical fibre ribbon during the process. The award winning German technologies do not require frequent cleaning of the nozzle. Jet 3 Marking system is reliable, low maintenance and flexible and can operate in extreme environmental conditions.
