Powergrid Parli Transmission Limited (PPTL) has started construction on its RTM (regulated tariff mechanism) project, expected to be commissioned by December 2025.
Powergrid Parli Transmission is owned by Powergrid Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT).

With an investment of INR 25 crore, the project will outlay an 400kV line bay at 765/400kV Parli substation for interconnection of RE project in Maharashtra.
The project was awarded to PPTL on RTM basis by Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL) on January 2, 2024.
The 765/400kV, 3000 MVA Parli (New) substation, along with associated 400kV and 765kV lines, was commissioned by Powergrid Parli Transmission Ltd in June 2018 under an ISTS-TBCB scheme originally housed under “Gadarwara (B) Transco Ltd” that was subsequently renamed to Powergrid Parli Transmission Ltd after its acquisition by winning developer Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL).

Notably, PGInvIT currently has a portfolio of five SPVs – Vizag Transmission Limited, Powergrid Kala Amb Transmission Limited, Powergrid Parli Transmission Limited, Powergrid Warora Transmission Limited and Powergrid Jabalpur Transmission Ltd.
