The wires & cables division of Polycab grew by 24 percent on a year-over-year basis to INR 2967.90 crore in the Q3 of FY22 from INR 2402.3 crore in Q3 of FY21.

The net profit of Polycab India Ltd. rose 1.36 percent to INR 248.37 crore in Q3 FY22 that ended 31 December 2021 as against INR 245.02 crore in Q3 of the previous year. The revenue from operations saw an increase of 22.78 percent to INR 3,371.99 crore compared with INR 2,746.34 crore for the corresponding quarter of FY 21.
The EBITDA was INR 362 crore in Q3 FY22, up by 3 percent year-over-year. Also, the PAT margin has also improved to 7.4 percent against the previous quarter marking a growth of 1 percent year-over-year.

The FMEG vertical of Polycab India saw a growth of 11 percent year-over-year to INR 340.36 crore in Q3 as compared to INR 305.51 crore in the previous year.
