Nexans, global electrification leader, has announced that it was proud to play an important role in the restoration of Notre-Dame de Paris, an 860-year-old medieval Catholic cathedral, which closed in 2019 after a devastating fire.

As part of its sponsorship agreement, Nexans donated nearly 200 kilometers of Alsecure® fire-resistant and fire-retardant cables, designed and manufactured in France at its Autun and Mehun-sur-Yèvre sites.
