German enterprise Werkzeugfabrik Albert Krenn acquired the steel cutter and testing press division from Kamax Tools & Equipment GmbH & Co. KG based in Homberg/Germany. All orders and repairs for Kamax products from this business unit of the company will be processed by Krenn. The acquisition has enabled the company to significantly expand its product range with cutting tools for all requirements.
Kamax, founded in 1935, is global technology leader in the production of high-strength fasteners for the automotive industry. Since 1954, it has also developed and produced high-quality hydraulic cutters and straighteners along with testing presses that perform compression tests on wire. With their strength and durability, the Kamax products fit perfectly into the demanding Krenn product range, expanding it to the advantage of its customers.
