Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL), a company specializing in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects in various sectors, along with its international subsidiaries, have secured fresh orders worth INR 2,306 crore.

The EPC major said in an exchange filing that the new orders included transmission and distribution (T&D) projects in the overseas market and infrastructure projects in India.
With this, the total orderbook of KPIL in the current financial year has reached INR 22,500 crore, offering improved visibility of growth in the upcoming quarters, said Mr. Manish Mohnot, MD and CEO of KPIL.

He said the order inflows in the T&D business have strengthened KPIL’s T&D order book and improved its presence in key overseas markets. The T&D business continued to remain robust with strong tendering activity globally on the back of rising power demand, rapid expansion of renewable energy and focus on improvement of grid infrastructure, added the CEO.
