Inox Wind has been given an order for the supply and installation of cutting-edge wind turbine generators for a 150 MW wind power project in Gujarat by NTPC Renewable Energy. With this repeat order, Inox Wind has received a total of 550 MW from NTPC.

Inox Wind has received a repeat order for a 150 MW wind power project by NTPC Renewable Energy, a fully owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy. A business statement published with stock exchanges states that with this repeat order, Inox Wind has received a total of 550 megawatts (MW) from NTPC. Gujarat will serve as the location for the project’s execution.

Under the order, Inox Wind is responsible for the supply and installation of cutting-edge wind turbine generators using both existing and new technology, as well as being in charge of providing project operation and maintenance services as part of the arrangement. Mr. Kailash Tarachandani, Inox Wind’s CEO, thanked NTPC REL for choosing Inox Wind as the recipient of this 150 MW project. Mr. Tarachandani further emphasized on the company’s desire to develop a long-term cooperation with NTPC, acting as their dependable supplier and helping them achieve their lofty renewable energy targets.
