Flash Butt Welding (AS…)
IDEAL offers a wide range of flash butt welding machines, which have been especially designed to cope with the steelwork requirement. From mild to high alloy steel the IDEAL AS Range of machines can be equipped with automatic annealing control systems, welding parameter control, Puncher, Notcher, Looper and the like. They cover a product width from 2mm up to 1000mm with thickness ranging from 0,35 – 10 mm.
Laser Welding Machines (LAS200)
The IDEAL LAS200 machine concept is very well known in the industry for its high versatility. “Versatility” can be experienced in utilizing the machine for notching and punching by means of the laser power source. These particular features are well received in Inspection Lines as well as in Slitting Lines, where the LAS200 is even able to provide welding seam recognition holes at any desired position.
Laser Welding Machines (LAS300)
The machine is especially designed for the speedy coil joining operation for continuous processing lines such as: Coating, Cold Rolling, Annealing lines, etc.
Laser Welding Machines (LAS500)
It is especially developed for the rough environment in pickling lines and combined pickling/cold rolling lines (PLTCM) for a speedy and high reliable joint.
All IDEAL LAS type of machines utilize the Laser Power Source as Cutting Tool as well as for Welding. The perfect cut allows the operator to weld the highest sophisticated types of steel for current high end qualities as well as for future developments.
