KAEC sells a 9,000 m² plot of land to ITG for construction of a high-voltage factory in that area.

In phase 1 of the Industrial Valley, Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) has signed a contract to sell a 9,000 m² plot of land with the International Trade Gateway Co Ltd (ITG). As per the media reports, this land will be used to build the first of its kind high voltage cable factory in the Economic City. One of the strategic advantages of this location is its direct link to King Abdullah Port.
The KAEC is trying to establish itself as a major destination for national, regional, and global investors which will further enable it in achieving the government’s strategic vision for the city. The new production capacity will expand the services and propel strategic plans of ITG. Also, KAEC’s Industrial Valley is an ideal location to expand business and reach a wider group of investors due to the strategic location, ease of procedures for new investments, and high quality infrastructure.
