Hellenic Cables, a division of Cenergy Holdings, has been awarded a contract by Réseau de Transport d’Électricité (RTE), France’s national electricity transmission operator, to provide 590 kilometres of high-voltage underground cables as part of a three-year framework agreement running through 2028.

Under the agreement, Hellenic Cables will supply 170 kilometres of 90 kV cables and 420 kilometres of 225 kV cables, manufactured at its Thiva facility in Greece. This facility has recently seen production expansion, reflecting Hellenic Cables’ commitment to meeting Europe’s growing energy infrastructure needs.
