GCR Eurodraw SpA, a world leading manufacturer of machine and equipment, supplier of technology and applications for steel wire processing, announced earlier this year that it has supplied a complete plant for the production of a 50,000 ton per annum of low carbon galvanised wire starting from steel wire rod and that the plant was successfully completed and commissioned in the Middle East Region.
The company will supply galvanised wire in the range of 0.8 to 4.50 mm diameter to numerous customers in the UAE and other GCC countries. The entire production equipment, starting from wire drawing down to galvanising and packing equipment, is sourced from GCR Eurodraw SpA, which has been selected as the main supplier of all production equipment. Among the various activities of GCR Eurodraw, the company can also provide technical and technological services, basic engineering, know-how and manufacturing technology, training of personnel, supervision of installation and start-up, technical assistance services.
