Corning Incorporated announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of TR Manufacturing, Inc.
With its main activities located in Fremont, California, TR Manufacturing is an industry-leading provider of fiber-optic and copper cable/component interconnects and electro-mechanical assemblies to OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) in a wide range of technology industries. TR Manufacturing will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Corning, reporting to Corning’s Optical Communications business segment.
