The machine is a substitute for a European-type multi-wire annealing machine for a group of 7/8/16/24/32/42 wires with production in DIN 630 spool on any EC/CCR copper material.
Made with technical and quality control processes to ensure high-quality performance, it is capable of annealing many wires together saving time, resources, and cost.

With a heavy-duty structure, the machine promises high-speed stability and reasonable running cost. It is energy-efficient, easy to operate, and can anneal all non-ferrous material including CC/CCR copper.
The company has also introduced fully-automated wire electroplating systems comparable to European technology at a reasonable price. The machine provides complete automation of plating thickness control through PLC. It has an ergonomically designed operator control station with HMI Screen.

Besides India, the annealing machines for copper wires, tin electroplating machines, and induction preheaters are supplied to the UK, the USA, the Middle East, Bangladesh, Nepal, and various African countries.
