IDEAL’s product range includes welding solution for wire products, wire joining, conductors & cables, automotive, sheet metal products, coil joining, band saws and grating. In the range of wire joining, IDEAL provides different technologies, based on the relevant demands of the welding task.

The IDEAL DS series are manual butt welder, designed for the usage in thestringentcondition of wire drawing lines. For demanding steel and aluminum wire joining applications, IDEAL’s AS series flash butt welder are the right choice.

The hydraulically dual force butt welder of the DDS series are most suitable for joining of copper and aluminum, even in case of discerningly alloys. After a butt welding procedure, a subsequent pressure enable a fine grain structure within the heat affected zone, which leads to increased strength and bending resistance.

IDEAL´s latest development is the implementation of the dual force technology to the economical DS series wire butt welder. The manual welding is enhanced by a subsequentpressure of a pneumatic cylinder. This realizes a homogeneous, fine grained structure, similar to basematerial, higher tensile strength and a higher resistance against bending forces.
