In order to meet India’s energy demand, APAR has recently completed a critical reconductoring project for the Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (UPPTCL). The project enhanced the 220kV Prayagraj Cantt – Rewa road substation line.

This project involved installation of approximately 10 kilometers of High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) conductor which is a crucial upgrade before the Maha Kumbh Mela to meet urgent energy demands while contributing to the broader goals of sustainable and reliable power infrastructure in India.

The project is not without its hurdles such as navigating a 900-meter river crossing, managing undercrossing 133kV and 66kV live lines, and urban congestion. By upgrading infrastructure, APAR ensured a more reliable and sustainable energy future for everyone.
