Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL), a part of Adani group and one of the leading private power transmission companies in the country, has formed a new subsidiary entirely for the transmission, distribution and supply of power.
As per the company, Adani Energy Solutions Step-Eleven Limited (AESSEL) was incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on December 17, 2024, for transmission, distribution & supply of power and other infrastructure services.

AESSEL was yet to commence its business operations, AESL said in an exchange filing.
With a market capitalization of INR 97,827 crore as of December 17, Adani Energy is a key player in the country’s energy sector. The decision to establish AESSEL aligned with the company’s commitment to expand its presence in power infrastructure and distribution, signaling a proactive approach towards future energy solutions in India.
In a related news, Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), the green energy unit of Adani Group, formed a step-down subsidiary to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sell and supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable sources of energy.

Adani Green Energy Sixty Nine Limited (AGE69L) was incorporated and registered with the Registrar of Companies in Gujarat at Ahmedabad on December 13 by its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine, AGEL said in an exchange filing.
The incorporation of AESSEL underscores Adani Energy’s commitment to growing its infrastructure services and enhancing its capacity in power supply, signaling a proactive approach towards future energy solutions in India.
