Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (KPTL) has announced that it has been retitled to Kalpataru Projects International Limited, following a receipt of approvals from shareholders and regulatory authorities including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. As per company statement, the name change is effective from May 22, 2023 and the company will henceforth operate under the name Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL).
