“Tomer Machines, under the brand name Tomer, has been manufacturing machines and providing services to the customers for the past 40 years,” said Mr. Krishan Tomer, Director, Tomer Machines. Additionally, it is making WiFi-based machines that can run automatically through the PLC system after the size is mentioned and speed is adjusted. Besides bringing automation, Tomer Machines also plans to expand the facility area by almost double.
The machines developed by Tomer Machines claim to be completely soundless. Almost 90 percent of the machines manufactured by the company are gear-driven. The materials are procured from renowned suppliers and the shafts are designed as per the sizes of the machine. However, Tomer Machines is also transitioning itself to make belt-driven machines that entail low maintenance and are economical for the customers.
With vast experience in wire drawing and cable machines manufacturing industry, Mr. Tomer plans to develop customised machines according to the needs of the customer. Every AutoCAD drawing foundation layout is done by him along with the R&D process.
