The company has invested SGD 1,000,000 in Singapore-based Wilson Cables Private Limited, a manufacturer of premium cables for industrial and other critical applications.

The Company has made additional investment to the extent of INR 50 millions in the equity capital of wholly owned subsidiary company namely Wilson Cable Private Limited, Singapore.
The remittance of aforesaid investment amount to Wilson Cables has been completed.
