Certain of the robust Indian economic growth, CGN Dasheng urge to spread its e-beam technology in the country’s market. The company has already supplied 10 sets of e-beam lines in India out of which four have seen successful installation.
CGN Dasheng Electron Accelerator Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Suzhou, near Shanghai, China. The company’s main business includes industrial use electron accelerator, under beam and transport system manufacturing, application service in wire and cable cross-linking, heat shrinkable tube crosslinking, film/ sheet/ foam cross-linking, waste water treatment, tyre vulcanization, surface curing, diamonds coloring and food/ medical products sterilization and e-beam cross-linking wire and cable compounds manufacturing.
Every year, the company spends huge amount of money for research and development so that they can manufacture and supply high frequency, high voltage e-beam – resonance transformer e-beam and linear e-beam (e-beam energy ranging from 0.3 MeV to 10 MeV). For high frequency high voltage e-beam, we designed right-angle and self-shielded type of machine to make it more flexible and save the customer’s construction cost.
So far, we have supplied 10 sets of e-beam lines in India; four of them have finished installations and are running in good condition. Their main purposes are diamonds coloring, solar cable/ railway cable and automobile cable crosslinking. Compared to India, the numbers of running e-beam lines all over China is more than 400. Most of them are for wire and cable crosslinking. Solar cable, railway cable, automobile cable, EV cable, rubber cable, house wiring and so on, all these cables need to use this technology when processing to replace the conventional method, and this is also the development direction for India. We believe there is a huge economic growth in India especially of e-beam lines. We are glad to introduce and spread this technology in India.
We always supply the turnkey solution to the customers; wire & cable compounds, the whole line of e-beam and under–beam transport system, on-line training at our factory, building design/ inspection and AERB clearance consult. This can save a lot of job for the customers.
At the same time, we have set our own office in India and employed Indian staff to provide better service to Indian customers. Also, we are working on the cooperation with Indian company to set e-beam service center. The service center can give support to the companies which have no ability to set their own e-beam facility.
