Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has secured an INR 899.75 crore (inclusive GST) order from Adani Energy Solutions for the supply of AL 59 aluminum alloy conductors – new generation aluminum alloy conductors – to be executed by April 2025.

The company said in an exchange filing that none of the promoters/promoter groups/group companies have any interest in the entity, adding that the work did not fall under the ambit of related party transactions.

Formalized through a letter of intent, the deal was free from related party transactions, it added.
