WINCAB Industries has opened a new manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, wherein the company manufactures WINCAB brand aluminum wire rods and coils. WINCAB is a quality brand vertical of Electro Cable Industries. The company manufactures various kinds of aluminum rods and coils, and all those branded with WINCAB are ISI-marked. The products meet the norms & conditions set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), that is they are tested to provide protection against electrical hazards such as short circuits, loading, and fires.
WINCAB Industries manufactures a superior-quality aluminum wire rod that balances low resistivity and high conductivity, as well as cost and quality.

WINCAB Industries is the largest manufacturer of aluminum wire rods in central India, with state-of-the-art continuous casting rolling mill facilities, committed to meeting world-class quality standards. The company’s mill site is fully equipped with in-line degassing and filtration systems to ensure the solid casting of aluminum metal with high wire drawing quality. Hind Udyog India Private Limited has supplied continuous casting machines to WINCAB Industries.
WINCAB Industries’ new mill also has an in-house laboratory, wherein the company is equipped with spectrometers and other quality assessment facilities to ensure that all of the manufactured products can be put through quality control tests. The final products need to meet the specified metallurgical composition, mechanical, and electrical properties, in accordance with Indian as well as international standards.

Presently WINCAB Industries manufactures aluminum wire rods – 7.60 mm, 9.5 mm, 12.5 mm, & 15 mm, and AAAC/ACSR conductors in various sizes. Aluminum wire rods are categorized under EC grade, CG grade, alloy grade, and flip coil. The WINCAB aluminum wire rod products find applications in varied industries, including electric industries, automobile industries, and steel plant industries. These aluminum wire rod products also find utilization in the extrusion, drawing, and rolling industries for electrical applications in transformers, LT and HT electric cables, ACSR/AAAC conductors, and steel plants for oxidation purposes of steel.
